Following allegations by Virginia Giuffre that she was forced to have multiple sexual encounters with her Prince Andrew After she was sexually trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell as a teenager, her family called on King Charles III to strip the disgraced monarch of his last remaining title.
Ahead of the release of his sister’s posthumous memoir, Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, Geoffrey’s brother, Skye Roberts, and his wife, Amanda, made their wishes known during an appearance on ITV.This morning“.
“For me, again, we’re proud of her, but I think the work is far from over, and I think this is just the beginning,” Skye said of the courage his sister – who died by suicide earlier this year – took in writing the book. “It was written in such a way that some sort of action was supposed to happen after the book was released.”

He continued: “I think we need to reopen investigations.” “I believe UK law enforcement has documentation to support the ability to bring people to justice, including Prince Andrew. I believe that just because you have the word ‘prince’ in front of your name, does not mean there is a different set of laws for you.”
“Everyone should be held to the same standard, and on that account, because I truly believe that if Prince had not been in front of his name, he would be behind bars right now, honestly,” he said.
Skye said he and his family are calling King Charles takes action against Andrew.

“I think the king has the power to get rid of that, so we are calling for action on that. But that’s not enough,” he added. “Again, I believe there are two sets of laws for two sets of people. This is an exposure of our system. My sister has been telling the truth all this time. This is a moment of vindication for her, and so, for now, I would call for the investigation to be reopened.”

He continued: “They have flight records, they can trace money, there is a money trail that we can trace, and I think there is strong evidence that we can bring a case against a variety of these people and start supporting survivors and start working for people.”
“Our goal, and the only reason we’re really moving forward, is to keep her voice alive,” he added.
Fox News Digital has reached out to Buckingham Palace for comment.
On Friday, Andrew issued a statement as excerpts from Giuffre’s book emerged. The statement was issued through Buckingham Palace.
Andrew’s statement said: “In discussion with the King and my immediate and wider family, we have concluded that the continued accusations against me distract from the work of His Majesty the King and the Royal Family.” “I have decided, as I have always done, to put my duty to my family and my country first. I stand by my decision made five years ago to step away from public life.”

The statement continued: “With the approval of His Majesty the King, we feel that I must now take another step forward.” “Therefore, I will no longer use my title or the honors given to me. As I said previously, I strongly deny the accusations against me.”
In her book, Giuffre detailed the night of March 10, 2001, the night she was first introduced to Prince Andrew when she was 17 years old.
“As we were talking in Maxwell’s hallway, I suddenly thought of something: My mother would never forgive me if I met someone as famous as Prince Andrew and didn’t pose for a picture,” Giuffre wrote. “I ran to get the Kodak FunSaver from my room, then came back and handed it to Epstein. I remember the prince putting his arm around my waist while Maxwell smiled next to me. Epstein took the photo“.

Later that evening, after the group went to dinner and a club, Giuffre recalled Maxwell telling her: “When we get home, you have to do for him what you do for Jeffrey.”
“Back home, Maxwell and Epstein “I said good night and headed upstairs, indicating that it was time for me to take care of the prince,” she wrote. “In the years that followed, I thought a lot about how he acted. He was friendly enough, but still entitled, as if he thought having sex with me was his birthright.
“I gave him a hot bath,” she continued. “We took off our clothes and got into the tub, but we didn’t stay there long because the prince was keen to get to the bed. He was particularly attentive to my feet, caressing my toes and licking my arches. It was my first time, and it was tickling. I was nervous that he wanted me to do the same to him. But there was no need to worry. He seemed in a hurry to have sex. After that, he said thank you In his clipped British accent. “In my memory, the whole thing took less than half an hour.”

In 2021, Giuffre filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Andrew in New York, who denied all the accusations. The king claimed that he had never met her and that the photo of them together might be a fake.
In 2022, he reached a settlement with Giuffre for an undisclosed amount, agreeing to make a “significant donation” to her survivor organization. British media, including The Telegraph, reported that settlement amounts ranged between $6 million and $16 million.
