New Hampshire The man who was shot dead at a wedding at Sky Meadow Country Club was identified in Nashoa on Saturday evening as Robert Rob, 59.
In his first court appearance on Monday, Hunter Nadu, 23, abdicated an official trial for second -degree murder on Disari’s death. He appeared in the court from a distance, Nadu assured the judge that he had met a lawyer. A possible hearing is scheduled to be held on October 1 at 10:15 am in the ninth district court in Nashwa.
“After the possible hearing for this reason, the case will be postponed to the Supreme Court, and we have 90 days to submit indictment against the defendant,” said the chief general assistant, Peter Henkli, on Monday.
The authorities claim that the 23 -year -old opened fire during the wedding celebration on Saturday evening, killing piracy and wounding two other adults. Nadu, the former club employee, was arrested within minutes and is now facing a second -class death charge. The shooting lasted less than one minute, according to New Hampshire General John Forsila.

But Formula said on Sunday that the shooter made “a number of data during the event”, and that the authorities “do not have any evidence at this time that would indicate that Mr. Nadu was driven by hateful motives.”
“At this stage, the evidence leads us to believe that Mr. Nadu was simply trying to make a number of data to create chaos at the present time,” Formula said at a press conference on Sunday.

In a statement of Fox News Digital, the wife of DeleSare Charlene described as a loyal husband, father and friend whose life was only cut off weeks ago from the main family features. Charlin participated that Rob grew up in Salem, New Hampshire, before he and Charlene moved to Nashwa two years ago.
“You will be subjected to severe pressure to find a more loving man, not only by his family but by his many groups of friends of golf, poker and pickle ball. He worked hard throughout his life on anything he had.
“His daughter was supposed to walk in the corridor at her wedding ceremony in the fall. It will not happen.

Charlene said she was “grateful” for the flow of support.
“I cannot say enough how I am grateful for the flow of support from our friends and society. The Sky Mido people were completely amazing and why we moved here. The officials said that there is no known link between Nadu and Disar.
