ICE operations in Virginia nab rapists, abusers and traffickers in just a single week

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrests. In Virginia Their numbers have nearly tripled under President Donald Trump compared to the previous administration, prompting the Department of Homeland Security to recall some of the state’s “worst dangerous and violent criminals” who were arrested just last week in the state.
The illegal immigrant perpetrators, highlighted by the Department of Homeland Security, came from Central America and the Caribbean, including El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. Meanwhile, their crimes ranged from drug trafficking to domestic violence, rape, “physical abuse,” making terrorist threats, extortion and much more.
“Last week, ICE arrested sex predators, drug dealers, rapists, assaulters, and other violent thugs across the commonwealth,” Assistant Secretary of State Tricia McLaughlin said. “These arrests highlight the reality of open borders and sanctuary policies that have allowed criminals around the world to come to America and roam freely throughout our country. Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, the United States has become closed to lawbreakers. We will continue to use every tool available to make America safe again.”

One of the felons from Guatemala, Wester Antonio Jacobo Morales, was previously deported in 2016, but committed a felony when he chose to return and re-enter illegally, according to the Department of Homeland Security. Morales was arrested last week by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in Richmond, and has an indictment that includes rape, extortion and violating a court order.
A second Guatemalan criminal, Daniel Suc-Patzan, entered the country illegally in 2013 and a final deportation order was issued the same year. He was arrested last week by ICE officials in Richmond as well. According to DHS, Sok-Patzan has a criminal record that includes multiple assault and aggravated domestic violence violations.

Meanwhile, another illegal immigrant offender highlighted by the Department of Homeland Security had a criminal history that included “physical assault” and sexual assault. That person, Harvin Francisco Rivera Diaz, was arrested last week in Richmond after illegally crossing the southern border from Nicaragua in 2022 under the previous Biden administration.
Adolfo Flores Ramirez, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, was arrested the same day in Loudoun County in northern Virginia. for him Criminal history Charges included drunk driving, domestic violence and assault.
In addition to illegal immigrants from central america, Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials in Virginia picked up criminal illegal aliens from the Caribbean as well.
Shanovan Emile Facey was issued a final deportation order from Jamaica in 2013, but has been able to remain in the United States until now after his arrest in Richmond. His criminal history includes drug trafficking, drug possession and weapons charges, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
The second illegal alien from the Caribbean includes a man from the Dominican Republic who was arrested last week by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Norfolk. The man, Elvin Tiburcio Mirambo, has a criminal history including making terroristic threats and drug possession.
Past “Worst of the Worst” rounds Arrests in Los Angeles include gang members, illegal immigrants, murderers and child predators.

Meanwhile, the “Worst of the Worst” crackdown on Halloween weekend included the arrest of illegal alien criminals convicted of having sex with a minor, sexual assault, kidnapping, murder, and other serious crimes. The Department of Homeland Security highlighted that 70% of ICE arrests are of criminal illegal aliens accused or convicted of a crime in the United States, according to a statement to Fox News Digital.

With several important statewide elections approaching in Virginia, Fox News Digital reached out to Virginia’s candidates for governor and attorney general, including Democratic gubernatorial candidate Abigail Spanberger, Republican gubernatorial candidate Winsome Earl Sears, Democratic attorney general candidate Jay Jones, and Republican Attorney General Jason Miyares, for comment on these recent arrests.
“Disobedience has no place in Virginia.
