FOX News Media CEO Susan Scott and President and Executive Editor Jay Wallace announced the winners of the 2025 FOX News Media Spotlight Awards on Wednesday during an end-of-year staff town hall.

“I want to start by congratulating you. Your amazing work has led FOX News Media to record-breaking accomplishments this year. Each of you should be extremely proud of your work and contributions,” Scott told employees.

“Fox News started the year at No. 1 ever in cable,” Scott continued. “That was just the beginning. Because now we’re on pace to finish not only as the top network in all of cable, but also as the second-highest-rated TV network ahead of both NBC and CBS.”
The Spotlight Awards began in 2020 to “honor some of our outstanding employees,” Scott explained, before announcing the winners.

Radio Contribution Director Pat Butler
Butler joined Fox News in 1995 and works on a digital infrastructure project, coordinating how outside broadcasts get into control rooms and go on the air.

“Meghan received eight nominations, with colleagues noting how she works around the clock to coordinate coverage during major weather events. And she does it with a smile,” Cain said.
FOX Nation Producer Tanya Joseph
Joseph has been with FOX News Media for seven years, often earning promotions along the way.
“A colleague noticed that when anyone started asking Tanya about something, the answer was always ‘already done,’” Ken said. “Tanya is always one step ahead, ensuring that Fox Nation’s content is of the highest quality possible. Not only is she dedicated to her craft, she is also one of the most likable people you will ever meet.”

Scott, Wallace, Klarman, Hemmer and Cain sat in a custom office built by Stanley himself, featuring a Texas star made of Hawaiian lava to honor a pair of states close to Cain’s heart. The City Hall office mirrored the office in “The Will Cain Show” Studio in Dallaswhich was also designed and built by Stanley.
“Tiger is part of the organization that supports our success. He is versatile and indispensable as an expert carpenter, decorator and field engineer,” Cain said.

“They’ll probably be our bosses one day, so we should all be nice to them,” Klarman joked before announcing the winners.

“He’s always looking for ways to move stories forward and makes himself an expert on everything we cover,” Klarman said.
“Even if that means reading an entire book on the history of the Federal Reserve,” he added. “That’s crazy and actually true.”
Associate producer Jessica Sonkin
“In less than a year, Jessica has proven to be an invaluable member of the small team covering the stadiums,” Klarman said. “At this early stage in her career, she has an innate understanding of news and what makes good television.”
FOX & Friends Associate Producer Carrie Gallagher
Gallagher, recently promoted from production assistant, quickly earned the trust of his colleagues.
“Like many of our rising stars, Curry puts in long hours and is always willing to take on more responsibility,” Klarman said.
FOX Nation Associate Producer Sabrina Baker
“Sabrina routinely balances at least six shows at the same time. Sabrina, I’m sorry we work you so hard, but this is what you get for being so great at your job,” Klarman said.

“FOX and Friends First” stage director Matt Rodriguez
Rodriguez has worked overnight for 13 years but still finds time to volunteer for the Cub Scouts.
“It’s a big job; he’s a unit commissioner. That means he doesn’t work with just one group of Scouts, but with many different groups. He teaches leadership skills as well as CPR and generally helps young boys and girls grow into the best versions of themselves,” Hemmer said.
Task Manager in Washington, D.C. Lillian LeCroy
Lecroy volunteers with American Corporate Partners, a nonprofit organization that supports veterans and their spouses as they navigate their careers.
“This is an important group, and Fox has been proud to partner with them for more than a decade,” Hemmer said.
“One military spouse credits Lillian with changing her life, saying Lillian has made her more confident and approaches every conversation with empathy,” Hemmer added. “In her words, Lillian embodies Fox’s values of leadership, social responsibility and community outreach.”
