“For many years, the political leadership of Minnesota has found itself on the wrong side of justice, a proper sense, and the American people. Now the Ministry of Education in Minnesota and the Minnesota Secondary School League themselves find themselves on the wrong side of the ninth title by allowing males to compete in women’s sports,” said the Ministry of Defense for CRIG civil rights assistants.
“The Trump administration will not allow the state of Minnesota or any other country to sacrifice safety, fair treatment and the dignity of its female students to satisfy the false idols of radical gender ideology. Once a educational program or federal funds entity takes, compliance with the ninth title becomes mandatory. The federal government will bear an investigative capacity until it recognizes this reality.”
The Ministry of Energy and DHHS has now granted the country and its educational agencies at a deadline for a period of 10 days to amend its policies to comply with the ninth khams and President Donald Trump “removing men from women’s sport.”
The conditions of this agreement are:
- The MDE and MSHSL must cancel or review any guidelines that allow males to compete in girls’ sports to comply with the ninth bank, and reflects this to the extent that the state law contradicts the ninth address, the Federal Law presents the state law;
- MDE will issue a state level notice for all entities funded by the federal government that occupies sports programs between federal interventions that impose its strict compliance with the ninth address through the separation of athletics and intimate facilities on the basis of sex;
- The notification of these entities will require the adoption of definitions based on biology for “male” and “female” and their reminder that lack of compliance with the ninth title puts their federal financing at risk;
- MDE and MSHSL will offer an updated training at the ninth address, procedures, and process materials for the OCS and HHS materials for review and approval, and they will manage accredited training for MDE and MSHSL employees;
- MDE will return to female mathematics all the records and titles that are different by male athletes competing in female categories, and every female sends a letter of apology on behalf of Minnesota to allow her educational experience in discrimination. MDE will demand written MSHSL to take parallel measures; and
- MDE from each school and MSHSL will submit an annual certificate to MDE that it has complied with the ninth article.
If these conditions are not met, the state agencies will be referred to the Ministry of Justice. The Ministry of Justice has already submitted lawsuits against education agencies in Mine and California in the same number of athletes converted in girls’ sports.

“His ability to get the Shiites and rotate the ball is a strong advantage, but, as I said, it is also difficult to know that you are competing against a person with unfair advantages that leave you without confidence.
“This issue has affected ways that I have never imagined. It is simply unfair, and I hate that there is nothing to happen to change this. Boys should not be able to take girls’ positions on the difference just because they are able to do this. I hope more girls affected by this issue will stand against this.”
