Country star Ella Langley has been crowned American Eagle’s “Denim Darling” less than a year after the brand faced backlash over her recruitment Sidney Sweeney To represent the company.

Alabama roots
Langley was born in 1999 Hope Hall, Alabama. She is one of four children – the second eldest child in her family.

“So I called my mom and dad and said, ‘Hey, I think I want to quit school and move to Nashville. I’m going to be in more debt anyway when I graduate. I mean I’m going to do it anyway. “I’d rather start now.”
Langley admitted it was bittersweet to leave her family in Alabama, but she knew it was the right next step in her music career.
“It’s been an amazing journey to find these people in the city that I love and that love me and believe in me and I believe in them. That’s what’s kept me going so much through this. And obviously my family supports me the way they do and just loves me, but that’s what it is. No one ever thought I’d do anything else… If you asked any of my family, they’d say, ‘Yes, we all knew that’s what you’d do,'” she said on the podcast. “So there was never any question when I wanted to move.”
CMA and ACM wins
Langley quickly rose to fame after releasing her first No. 1 single, “You Look Like You Love Me” featuring Riley Green.

Late last year, it was announced that Langley would be performing on the first day of Stagecoach on April 24, marking a major accomplishment for the young country singer.
The festival will take place shortly after Langley releases her second album, “Dandelion,” on April 10.

“I’m so excited to finally announce that my second album ‘Dandelion’ will be released on April 10 and the title track will be yours on Friday! Welcome to Dandelionland 💛,” Langley captioned an Instagram post in January. She will go on the “Dandelion Tour” from May to August with dates in the United States.
Langley released her debut album “Hungover” in 2024. The 14-track project features her hit song “You Look Like You Love Me” (feat. Riley Green) as well as “Nicotine” and “Paint The Town Blue.”
