Denise Richards rocks Playboy bunny costume for Halloween photos

Denise Richards’ fans received nothing but Halloween gifts from the reality star.

Richards, 54, paid tribute to her Playboy past and wore a black bodysuit with matching ears in a series of photos shared on social media.

The “Wild Things” actress added a pair of white cuffs and a black-and-white bow tie to complete her outfit, nearly 20 years after she appeared on the cover of Playboy.

Richards posed completely nude for the first time in an adult magazine in December 2004, just five months after giving birth. She told Jay Leno that her parents and newborn accompanied her on the shoot to the Bahamas, where she learned she was in trouble when the designer didn’t provide “no bottoms” for one of the shoots.

“I said, ‘You better find me some fuzzy bottoms,’” Richards said of one photo of her wearing leafy tops. “So I made these bottoms out of shami and used island leaves.” “I didn’t have to show anything I didn’t want to show.”

“I’ve been approached by Playboy several times and I haven’t done it, and this time I thought I’d better do it before they never approach me again,” she added. “he [Charlie Sheen] He was really cool about it and helped me choose the photos.”

The “Drop Dead Gorgeous” actress embraced the holiday before returning to court on a request for a permanent restraining order against her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers.

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star – who received an award Temporary restraining order against Phypers on July 17 amid their ongoing divorce — and she testified last month against her estranged husband. Richards began crying as he recalled multiple allegations of physical and emotional abuse, including a particularly violent event in May.

Richards claimed Phypers became “extremely moody” with her at the Four Seasons just hours after the reality TV star underwent several plastic surgery procedures – including a face lift.

Phypers allegedly tried to rummage through Richards’ devices while she was asleep, then allegedly hit her in the face and damaged the drain in the process.

“That’s when I really realized that our marriage was over because we were physically abused, but it kept getting worse,” Richards testified. “But the fact that he did that to me five hours after I came out of a seven-hour surgery… it made me feel so many things. Scared and weak. I couldn’t walk on my own.”

Richards described one instance in which Vipers allegedly grabbed her by the arms while she was recovering from her surgeries.

“He’d scream and call me names. As soon as he found out I was texting another guy, he’d turn it around and call me a cheater and a f—- and a liar—- and talk about it. And then he’d calm down, and we’d be in separate rooms, and he’d come back to me and start arguing again.”

“He grabbed my arm,” she claimed. “I had a breast augmentation, liposuction and facelift for three weeks. I was feeling very weak and in pain. I asked him to stay at the other house with his family. I needed rest and healing and I couldn’t have him around me like that.”

During a hearing last month, Vipers was handcuffed and arrested for spousal abuse. After sheriffs escorted Vipers out of the courtroom, officers returned to retrieve his cellphone.

Vipers I filed for divorce From Richards on July 7. He cited irreconcilable differences and is seeking spousal support from the “Real Housewives” star. Ten days later, Richards’ request for a temporary restraining order was granted.

“Throughout our relationship, Aaron would often violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, forcefully squeeze my arms, violently slap me in the face and head, forcefully slam my head into a bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to beg him to get off me so he wouldn’t kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all my text messages,” Richards alleged in documents filed in July. 16.

“Aaron would regularly threaten to ‘break my jaw’ and cry, beg me to stay, promise to get help – and nothing of the sort ever happened. Aaron gave me at least three concussions.”

Phypers filed a petition on Wednesday claiming he ran out of money after Richards cut off access to their joint bank account and took his extensive business equipment. He claimed that Richards was preventing him from earning a living.

“With respect to her OnlyFans page, the money she receives from it ranges between $200,000 to $300,000 per month, and this income is derived from photos I have taken and for which I own the intellectual property rights,” said Phypers’ petition, which was obtained by Fox News Digital.

“Therefore, it is our joint profits and not hers alone. I am requesting to receive half of the OnlyFans income as a right to control the property.”

According to Phypers, he is about to be evicted from his home and his facilities have already been shut down. He requested immediate access to $200,000.

Phypers also requested additional spousal support as well as half of Richards’ OnlyFans earnings.
