The permanent restraining order expires on November 7, 2030. Richards requested the permanent restraining order against her estranged husband after he allegedly shared private text messages and photos of the former “Real Housewives” star online.
“It’s classic domestic violence in my view,” the judge said while handing down the sentence. “I think it’s pretty clear that you can’t take private things — and throw them out into the world like that without possible consequences. There can be no defense that her peace couldn’t be disturbed because she had an OF page and she reviewed Playboy. That’s not a defense.”

Vipers, 53, was arrested in court last month on spousal abuse charges stemming from two separate incidents in 2017 and 2022, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

In July, Richards filed a petition in court, alleging that Vipers stole her computer and “published private information, including nude photos” to various news outlets. Judge Nicole Pershon ordered Phypers to return the device within 48 hours.

During last month’s proceedings, Richards described multiple allegations of physical and emotional abuse, detailing terrifying incidents that left the mother of three fearing for her life.

At one point during the hearing, Richards asked for a tissue and began crying as he recalled a particularly offensive event that occurred in May. Richards claimed Phypers became “very moody” with her at the Four Seasons just hours after the reality TV star underwent several plastic surgeries, including a facelift.
In response to allegedly leaked photos of her posted by Phypers, Richards sent him a video — part of which was played in court — referring to Phypers as a “narcissist” and detailing multiple instances of alleged physical abuse.

“You were the last person I thought would do that to me,” Richards told Phypers via a video recording submitted to the court. “I don’t know why I’m having a hard time with this. Things have been bad with me Charlie and I, But he never hit below the belt.
Phypers also demanded spousal support and half of the “Real Housewives” star’s OnlyFans income. In the petition obtained by Fox News Digital, Phypers claimed he ran out of money after Richards cut off access to their joint bank account and took his extensive business equipment. He claimed that Richards was preventing him from earning a living.

“With regard to the OnlyFans page, the money you receive from it amounts to approximately $200,000 to $300,000 per month, and this income is derived from photos I have taken and for which I own the intellectual property rights,” Phypers’ petition said.
“Therefore, it is our joint profits and not hers alone. I am requesting to receive half of the OnlyFans income as a right to control the property.”
According to Phypers, he is about to be evicted from his home, and his facilities have already been closed. He requested immediate access to $200,000.
Phypers also requested additional spousal support as well as half of Richards’ OnlyFans earnings.
“I want to address the recent rumors and speculation that have arisen regarding my relationship with my wife, Denise Richards,” Vipers said in a statement.
