Denise Richards’ ex Aaron Phypers arrested in court for spousal abuse

LOS ANGELES — Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, was arrested in court Friday.

Richards’ attorney told Fox News that Digital Vipers was arrested on charges of spousal abuse.

Vipers was handcuffed inside the courtroom. He was then seen arguing with sheriffs while descending an escalator in the courtroom while in custody.

After sheriffs escorted Vipers out of the courtroom, officers returned to retrieve his cellphone.

Fox News Digital was unable to reach Phypers’ attorney for comment.

Richards was initially awarded an A Temporary restraining order against Phypers in July over allegations of physical and emotional abuse throughout their marriage, including an alleged violent incident around the time he filed for divorce in July.

Richards testified in court last week that Vipers tried to destroy her reputation during the fallout from their relationship and, at one point, leaked nude photos of her mother. “wild things” Actress.

“Aaron stole my laptop and sent private text messages that he stole from my laptop without my permission. Aaron threatened that I would disappear if I called the police,” Richards wrote in her petition for a temporary restraining order.

In a statement to People magazine, Vipers denied Richards’ claims, saying, “I completely deny the false allegations that I violated a restraining order or stole Denise’s laptop or cell phones. These allegations are not only untrue, but are being used as a weapon to damage my reputation and distract from the truth.”

During Wednesday’s hearing, Richards’ attorney, Brett Berman, put Vipers in the hot seat.

“How did you get [those photos]”, he asked.

“She took pictures on her phone,” Vipers said. “These were things she was hiding from me. I didn’t think they were private… My wife was cheating on me.”

When Berman asked Phypers if he thought publishing such private material would be an “invasion” of Richards’ privacy, he replied: “Not at all. She was already sharing it with someone.”

After Berman asked Vipers how he would feel if the roles were reversed and sensitive photos of him were published, he replied: “If I put it out there, I put it out there.”

During proceedings earlier this month, Richards described multiple allegations of physical and emotional abuse, detailing terrifying incidents that left the mother of three fearing for her life.

At one point during the hearing, Richards asked for a tissue and began crying as he recalled a particularly offensive event that occurred in May. Richards claimed Phypers became “very moody” with her at the Four Seasons just hours after the reality TV star underwent several plastic surgeries, including a facelift.

Phypers allegedly tried to search Richards’ devices while she was asleep. He allegedly struck her in the face and damaged the drain in the process.

“That’s when I really realized our marriage was over because we were both physically abused, but it just kept getting worse,” Richards testified. “But the fact that he did that to me five hours after I came out of a seven-hour surgery…made me feel so many things. Scared and vulnerable.”

Richards took the stand once again to detail Phypers’ alleged “obsessive” behavior throughout their relationship.

In response to allegedly leaked photos of her posted by Phypers, Richards sent him a video — part of which was played in court — referring to Phypers as a “narcissist” and detailing multiple instances of alleged physical abuse.

“You were the last person I thought would do that to me,” Richards told Phypers via a video recording submitted to the court. “I don’t know why I’m having a hard time with this. Things have been bad with me Charlie and I, But he never hit below the belt.

She continued: “I told my father: I don’t know why I believed you and loved you, and I really thought you were my soul mate.” “Never in a million years did I think we would break up.”

Richards denied any infidelity but accused the Vipers of abandoning their marriage.

Phypers also demanded spousal support and half of the “Real Housewives” star’s OnlyFans income.

Phypers filed a petition on Wednesday claiming he ran out of money after Richards cut off access to their joint bank account and took his extensive business equipment. He claimed that Richards was preventing him from earning a living.

“With respect to her OnlyFans page, the money she receives from it ranges between $200,000 to $300,000 per month, and this income is derived from photos I have taken and for which I own the intellectual property rights,” said Phypers’ petition, which was obtained by Fox News Digital.

“Therefore, it is our joint profits and not hers alone. I am requesting to receive half of the OnlyFans income as a right to control the property.”

According to Phypers, he is about to be evicted from his home and his facilities have already been closed. He requested immediate access to $200,000.

Phypers also requested additional spousal support as well as half of Richards’ OnlyFans earnings.
