One of the hospitals says that at least 15 Palestinians, including eight children and a woman, were killed in an Israeli strike while they were queue from nutritional supplements in front of a clinic in the center of Gaza.
A video clip from the Hospital of Martyrs in the Monastery of Monk showed the bodies of many children and others lying on the ground when they treated their wounds.
The US Hop Assistance Group, which runs the clinic, said the attack was a flagrant violation of international law. The Israeli army said it was a “terrorist Hamas” and regretted any harm to civilians.
They were among the 66 people who were killed in Israeli strikes on Thursday, as Israel and Hamas continued in talks in the ceasefire deal.
Despite the optimism expressed by the United States, which works as a mediator with Qatar and Egypt, it does not yet seem close to penetration.
The hop project said that a strike on Thursday morning in front of the health clinic in Deir Al -Bala, where patients gathered abroad, pending its opening to receive treatment for malnutrition, infections, chronic diseases and more.
“Suddenly, we heard the sound of a drone approaching, then the explosion occurred,” Yousef Aydi told AFP to the explosion. “The earth shook under our feet, and everything around us turned into blood and screams deaf.”
Lashing footage posted on social media, which was verified by the BBC, showed the direct effects of the attack, with adults and young children in a street, some of whom were wounded and others do not move.
On the nearby Al -Aqsa Hospital path, relatives of the dead cried killing the dead children in white palms and bags of body before performing the funeral prayer.
One of the women told the BBC that her pregnant sister, Manal, and her daughter, Fatima, was among them, and that Ibn Manal was in the intensive care unit.
“She was lining up to get children’s supplements when the accident occurred,” said Enitzar.
Another woman stands nearby: “What sin are they killed?”
“We are dying in front of the ears and appointed the whole world. The whole world is watching the Gaza Strip. If people are not killed by the Israeli army, they are dying in an attempt to help.”
Rabeh Turbay, President and CEO of Project Hope, said that the relief group clinics were “a place for the shelter in Gaza where people bring their young children, and women reach their pregnancy and postpartum care, people receive treatment for malnutrition, and more.”
“However, this morning, innocent families were attacked without mercy because they stood in a queue waiting for the doors to open,” he added. “Horror and sadness cannot communicate correctly what we feel anymore.”
“This is a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, and a blatant reminder that there is no one or any safe place in Gaza, even with the continued ceasefire talks. This cannot continue.”
“The killing of families who are trying to reach life -saving assistance is unreasonable,” said UNICEF President Catherine Russell.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said in a statement that it had hit a member of the elite forces in the Hamas military wing, which participated in the October 7, 2023 attack on Israel.
He added, “The Israeli Defense Army is aware of reports related to a number of injured individuals in the area. This incident is under review.” “The Israeli Defense Army regrets any damage to individuals who are not involved.”

Elsewhere, five people were killed when an Israeli drone was hit by tents in the coastal area of Maas, in southern Gaza, according to the Hamas Civil Defense Agency.
She posted a video clip showing the first respondents preparing the bodies of three young children buried under the sand and debris.
The attacks occurred as the mediators tried to build the momentum towards the ceasefire deal in indirect proximity talks in Doha.
However, it appears that the important gaps between Israel and Hamas remain.
On Wednesday night, an Israeli chief journalist in Washington told Washington that it could take a week or two to reach an agreement.
The official, who was speaking during a visit to the United States by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, said that if an agreement was reached to a 60 -day ceasefire, Israel will use that time to provide a permanent end to the war that requires enthusiasm.
On Thursday, Netanyahu stressed that “at the beginning of the ceasefire, we will enter negotiations on a permanent end of the war, that is, a permanent ceasefire” and that Israel’s circumstances are that Hamas should remove its arms.
“If this can be achieved in negotiations – that is much better. If this is not achieved in negotiations after 60 days, we will achieve this in other ways, by applying the power of our heroic army,” he said.
“20 is definitely alive, and about 30 who are not alive,” Netanyahu told the right -off newspaper, and Hamas still maintains 50 hostages.
He added: “We now have a deal that we will get half of the living and half of the dead,” and he tells newsmax, “Hell was for them.
Earlier, Hamas issued a statement saying that the talks were difficult, as Israel blamed “stubbornness.” The group said that it had shown flexibility to agree to the release of 10 hostages, but it repeated that it was seeking a “comprehensive” agreement that would end the Israeli attack.

Meanwhile, the European Union said on Thursday that it had made a deal with Israel to open more crossings for help, as well as to reform the infrastructure and protect relief workers.
“We are counting on Israel to implement every agreed action,” said Kaja Calas, head of the European Union Foreign Affairs.
The United Nations said it had provided the first fuel shipment to Gaza in four months, but it warned that 75,000 liters were less than one day request.
A spokesman warned that vital services will stop unless adequate fuel supply will reach immediately.
The Israeli army launched a campaign in Gaza in response to the Hamas -led attack on southern Israel on October 7, 2023, where about 1,200 people were killed and 251 others took hostage.
At least 57,762 people have been killed in Gaza since then, according to the Hamas Ministry of Health in the region.
Most of the people of Gaza were displaced several times. More than 90 % of homes are estimated at damage or destruction; Healthcare, water, sanitation and hygiene systems collapsed; There is a lack of food, fuel, medicine and shelter.
