Radio blogger Charlamagne Tha God blasted former President Bill Clinton as “the ass of the day” on Tuesday, saying Clinton appeared to lash out strategically when asked if he thought President Donald Trump should be questioned about Jeffrey Epstein.
Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton were both Interrogation of depositions last week about their knowledge of deceased sex trafficker and financier Jeffrey Epstein. When asked whether Trump should face a similar trial, Bill Clinton replied: “That’s up to you, but he knows him well, and I once had a brief discussion with him about it.”
He later added: “I hate this because I don’t think I should be injecting anything, but I don’t want to leave an impression. But since there was no follow-up question, he never — the president never said to me, this is almost 20 years ago, anything that would make me think he was involved in anything inappropriate regarding Epstein as well.”
His wife, Hillary Clinton, cited the civil case involving writer E. Jane Carroll, in which Trump was held civilly liable for defamation of Carroll over her allegations that he sexually assaulted her and the family. 34-Criminal ruling by a New York City court in connection with allegations that he sought to cover up payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels. Trump has denied any wrongdoing in both cases.

Hillary Clinton also said Trump “absolutely” should be impeached, adding, “I’m not saying you’re going to get a lot of information, but given what’s in the files and given his prior and past behavior, he’s going to be on my witness list.”
Charlemagne, speaking on his radio show, juxtaposed the Clintons with their own A very different testimony.
He said on his personal page: “Hillary gave the answer. Well, this is the actual answer.” Podcast. “What Bill Clinton did was cowardly. Well, that’s up to you.” Sure, Bill. You are right. It’s up to them to decide. But can you at least explain why you think they should?
“Yes, President Trump should testify before the House committee for all the reasons Hillary just mentioned, not to mention the number of times his name is in the files, and because it was revealed that the Department of Justice withheld Epstein files that mention Trump.”
Charlamagne then added: “They’re just trying to get information. Well, I said they’re just trying to get more information. So for Bill to say it’s up to them to decide is cowardly.”
He also argued that Bill Clinton had his own motives for considering whether Trump should face questioning at a formal deposition.
“Meanwhile, Charlemagne mentioned in the files that someone who was a real friend of his, as with President Trump, in front of the Republicans? Yes! Who supports him? You cannot say: Yes, he should testify, and here are the reasons why.” “I think that’s hard to do when you’re so concerned about making sure the dirt stays under the rug.”

Charlamagne then said: “When political figures start answering a yes-or-no question as if it were a question in an article, it’s because the real answer is either A) politically inconvenient or B) they’re trying to save themselves A—and they don’t want to throw the sitting president under the bus because they know he’s crazy enough to get them arrested.”
Charlemagne criticized Bill Clinton for simultaneously saying he wanted all information released, but also declined Trump’s invitation to testify.
“What you are witnessing here is the fact that, as George Carlin said, ‘This is a big club and we are not in it.’ Yes?” said the host. “If you believe in accountability, it shouldn’t depend on what shirt a person wears, because at this moment, President Clinton and President Trump are wearing the same shirt.
“President Clinton is doing some extreme obstruction of President Trump here. Because when former presidents start asking basic questions about the testimony of current presidents, that’s not neutral. That’s elite solidarity.”
A Clinton spokesperson disputed Charlemagne’s argument when reached by Fox News Digital.
“Charlemagne may not have watched the entire briefing, but President Clinton did in fact make specific recommendations,” the spokesman said.
Fox News Digital is awaiting a response to these specific recommendations.
Fox News Digital also reached out to the White House, which confirmed that President Trump has been cleared of any wrongdoing related to Epstein.
“Just as President Trump said, he has been completely exonerated of anything related to Epstein,” White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson said. By releasing thousands of pages of documents, cooperating with the House Oversight Committee’s subpoena, signing the Epstein Files Transparency Act, and calling for more investigations into Epstein’s Democratic friends, President Trump has done more for Epstein’s victims than anyone before him.
“Meanwhile, Democrats like Hakeem Jeffries and Stacey Plaskett have yet to explain why they demanded money and meetings from Epstein after he was a convicted sex offender.”
