California board of education president opens up on defying Newsom to keep trans athletes out of girls sports

“I think it is necessary to do our duty to protect girls in sport, and I am looking for their safety and integrity,” Cisenros told Fox News Digital. “I am not happy with the ruler. He does not comply with federal law … and he deliberately pushes to face what is going on around the ninth title.
“I see that it affects families with athletes who feel frustrated from compete against a biological male. They are frustrated because biological males, of course, are stronger, greater and different from how girls are designed.”
The US Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the California Ministry of Education and the California Union (CIF) for its policies that continue to allow males to compete in girls’ sports throughout the state.

Kern said if she can send a direct message to newsom, she would tell him, “Federal law and ninth clubs are followed.”

US Secretary of Education Linda McMahon praised Kern’s recent decision in a publication on Thursday.

Multiple schools and families in California have been affected by the incidents that involve males who compete in girls’ sports in the last academic year alone. One of the incidents that caught the attention of Little in particular was the situation at Martin Luther King Secondary School in Riverid, California, where a transgender student occupied a place of athlete in the girls’ team across the country in the fall.
Then the sport, which lost its place, Taylor Starling, filed a lawsuit against the unified Riverid School area.
“This was unfortunate, in my opinion,” said Little. “It is a biological male. It is not a female. It is running against girls and this is unreasonable.”
Little said she believed that parents have a “constitutional right” to prevent their daughters from competing against males in girls ‘sports, and they suggested that the situation of converting athletes in girls’ sports and safes is a “discriminatory practice”.
