In a previous statement to Fox News Digital, Caleb Flynn’s lawyer, L. Patrick Mulligan, said prosecutors were quick to charge his client with murder.

“Caleb Flynn pleaded not guilty this morning and looks forward to defending this case,” Mulligan said. “We are disappointed and concerned about the short timeline and appear to be rushing to judgment in this case.” “When the government runs out of evidence or cannot develop it and looks to the surviving spouse in such cases, the chance of wrongful conviction increases.”
