This is a tale Two teachers In the leftist dump that is Chicagoland. One teacher supported the assassination of Charlie Kirk, as the main school choice advocate Cory DeAngelis find out For the world to see. She still has her job. Another teacher made a social media post supporting ICE. He no longer has his job. This situation is an indefensible disgrace. There is a cancerous spread of Chicago’s far-left politics to the once-idyllic suburbs.

On September 10, 2025, Tyler Robinson I sat on the roof of one of the University of Utah’s campuses. He allegedly pointed his gun and fired, striking the neck of the legendary Charlie Kirk, a model husband and father. Why? Robinson, who had a transgender lover, despised Kirk’s political views. Among those views was the common-sense belief that biological males should not compete in sports while masquerading as females and competing with biological females. Kirk sought dialogue with all parties. In fact, he was at Utah Valley University on that tragic day to get involved. Robinson, by contrast, is a left-wing domestic terrorist. He has no interest in dialogue. Rather, he believes that assassinating those who disagree with him is the right thing to do. Robinson hopes to receive the death penalty if convicted of his barbaric act.

Lucy Martinez is a teacher at Nathan Hale Elementary School in Chicago. Like many far-leftists, Martinez attended one of the farcical “No to Kings” protests that broke out across the country. However, Martinez did much more than just protest President Donald Trump, the subject of the demonstrations. She was photographed pointing a fake gun at her neck. As she did so, she shouted “Bang, bang!” This protest occurred in October, a month after Kirk’s assassination. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand what Martinez was doing. She was mocking the assassination of Charlie Kirk, just as many so-called “professionals” did — including doctors, nurses, lawyers and even a former Carolina Panthers official. But the difference between Martinez and other degenerates is that she still keeps her job. There was little outrage in the community over her abhorrent behavior.

ICE is the federal agency charged with enforcing our immigration laws. These brave men and women are risking their lives to rid our nation of illegal aliens, many of them violent – all of them criminals. Radical leftists have attacked ICE agents and their families because these Marxists desire open borders and the resulting destruction of America. These Marxists have led anti-ICE protests across the country, most recently in Minneapolis. The Grammy Awards contained several anti-ICE diatribes, including one artist who obscenely attacked ICE.

It’s not just the students organizing the snowmobile outings – here’s who’s really behind the protests across the country

James Hagedorn was a physical education teacher at Gary Elementary School in West Chicagoone of the idyllic Windy City suburbs mentioned above. He has a different perspective on ICE. That is, it supports the agency. Heydorn expressed his view with a simple Facebook post: “GO ICE.” Nothing more. He expressed his support for the establishment of a law enforcement agency. But the reaction was nothing like the one after Martinez’s failure. Outrage erupted from parents in the community. Illinois State Senator Karina Vela, a leftist supporter of illegal aliens, criticized the post as harmful. West Chicago Mayor Daniel Bovey held a hearing where people could come and complain about the post. All because the teacher expressed his support for law enforcement.

I got haydorn Placed on leave after His post which, once again, only expresses his support for the law enforcement agency. Heydorn has since resigned. What if Hagedorn published “ABOLISH ICE” instead? How about “Ice is awful!” There is no doubt that school would have done nothing for him. In other words, this school – a government institution – would not be a good fit with a teacher who criticizes law enforcement. However, the teacher who supports law enforcement is placed on leave and is under investigation. This teacher is now unemployed.

Martinez was never placed on administrative leave after celebrating Charlie Kirk’s murder. Neither Vela nor any other left-wing senator expressed his anger. The mayor did not hold a hearing. Instead, Martinez merrily continues on, entrusted with dozens of impressionable young minds. These are the consequences for the teacher who supported the assassination. To say that it is just a mockery of him, and that mockery is different from support, is ridiculous. Political violence must be condemned, because it tears apart the very fabric of the republic. Martinez’s behavior warranted his termination because no one who supports the killing of political opponents belongs anywhere near a classroom for young children. Anyone who supports the behavior Robinson is accused of is a completely sick person who needs profound help.

The educational landscape in Chicagoland is simple and sad. A teacher can support the assassination of a political opponent without facing any consequences. Another teacher could support law enforcement, face harsh criticism from local leaders, and lose his job. Chicago is a crime-infested hellhole, and it will remain so as long as the mentality of these leaders controls the apparatus of government. And obviously this is now spreading to the suburbs as well. Heidorn deserves to be in the classroom; Martinez doesn’t belong anywhere near. However, the opposite is the reality. This reality illustrates the leftist madness in Chicago.
