In his famous dissent in Morrison v. Olson (1988), the late, great supreme court Justice Antonin Scalia brilliantly explained why the ISA unconstitutionally interferes with executive power. This opposition has paved the way for the current constitutional majority on the Supreme Court to restore sanity to the jurisprudence of separation of powers by returning power to its rightful place: the executive branch, all of whose powers are vested in the President of the United States, who is elected by all Americans.

Leftists and other anti-democratic forms of big government call this view “unitary executive theory.” In fact, it’s just the second article of Constitution of the United States. We the People lend executive power to our duly elected President; We don’t divide it among unelected left-wing federal bureaucrats. Scalia’s most famous line in dissent from Morrison was his description of the law as a “wolf in wolf’s clothing,” a play on the term “wolf in sheep’s clothing.” Scalia was showing how the violation of separation of powers was clear and unambiguous.

Former U.S. District Judge Mark Wolfe of Massachusetts is another wolf in wolf’s clothing, despite his efforts — with the help of left-wing media — to outfit himself otherwise. Wolf was appointed to the bench by President Reagan in 1985, but he is not a judicial conservative. Wolf received the stamp of approval from the most left-wing duo in Senate history: Ted Kennedy and John Kerry. The reason these extreme senators must agree lies in a century-old Senate tradition called the “blue slip.” Local state senators can veto nominations US District JudgesUS attorneys and US marshals. Candidates will not advance without the return of blue slips from their home state senators. Senators will not give up this extraordinary power because they are power-hungry and self-serving. They want to choose a federal prosecutor who can charge them, a federal judge who can try them, and a federal marshal who can escort them to prison.

Recently, Wolf resigned from his life position. He took the senior position (a form of semi-retirement) during the Obama administration, allowing Obama — rather than the incoming Republican president — to appoint a leftist to replace Wolf on the full-time judicial service. According to Wolf, President Trump has ignored the rule of law in countless ways. Wolf wants to speak out on the matter and serve as a spokesman for current judges who can’t. Wolf also criticized the Supreme Court, claiming that the constitutional majority enabled President Trump. Wolf complained that the court ruled 17 out of 20 times in favor of the Trump administration on its emergency agenda. Wolfe compared this success rate to the success rate of players like Barry Bonds, Mark McGuire, and Sammy Sosa during the steroid era of Major League Baseball.

Justice Department orders lawyers to report judicial ‘obstacles’ in immigration and Antifa cases

Wolfe’s claim is absurd. The Department has been very successful in the Supreme Court thanks to its distinguished team of legal luminaries, headed by the Attorney General Pam Bondi and Public Defender John Sawyer. Many other brilliant lawyers also deserve praise for the outstanding performance shown by the Department in the Supreme Court.

Moreover, the rulings issued by Wolf’s fellow activist judges are clearly partisan and illegal. How many cases does Wolf think the administration should have won in court? Eight out of 20? ten? twelve? His statistical conspiracy nonsense is devoid of even a shred of legal analysis. Wolf is only interested in peddling bullshit to bash judges he clearly hates. Wolff also ignores the other side of the statistical coin. According to an analysis by former Senate senior counsel Michael Fragoso, District Judges in Massachusetts Ruling against the Trump administration on 27 of 29 temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions. Wolff seems to have no problem with this disparity. Rather, it seems that these rulings are viewed as being issued by beacons of judicial integrity.

Wolf has a history of conspiracy nonsense. For more than a decade, he pursued a meritless case against Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, the greatest justice in history. According to Wolfe, Thomas intentionally failed to make the required disclosures. The Judicial Conference rejected Wolf’s theory out of hand. However, more than a decade after the case was closed, Wolfe testified before A.J Subcommittee of the Senate Judiciary Committee It is headed by US Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island, another conspiracy theorist and psychopath. During one conversation, Wolf told a U.S. senator that Reagan’s former attorney general Rex Lee was troubled by Thomas’ unethical behavior, as Wolf saw it. That senator was Mike Lee of Utah, and Lee’s attorney general was his deceased father. Senator Lee rightfully exploded at Wolf’s vile remark.

Current justices cannot speak out against President Trump according to Code of Conduct for Judges of the United States. They can’t use Wolf as their mouthpiece either. the House and Senate Judiciary Committees Need to subpoena Wolf to identify judges attacking President Trump through Wolf. If Wolf refuses to release the information, he should face contempt of Congress charges just as Trump allies Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro did.

If the identities of the justices who spoke through Wolf to attack President Trump become public, every one of those justices should be confronted Impeachment procedures. No matter how difficult the conviction by A Two-thirds majority in the Senate It will be the case that these rogue judges must suffer through the impeachment process to deter them and other judicial embarrassments from engaging in blatantly unethical behavior. These extremist judges are illegally and dangerously undermining the will of American voters.

Wolf is Sheldon Whitehouse, not Ronald Reagan. Wolff plans to serve as a tool through which current judges can attempt to circumvent ethical restrictions. He spoke of a ludicrous conspiracy to discredit the Supreme Court in general and Thomas in particular. He even reached an all-time low when he raised a dead senator’s father in a pathetic attempt to score some cheap political points. In short, Wolf is a disgrace to the federal judiciary, and his resignation is good news. Good riddance to this wolf in wolf’s clothing.
