Trump is used to shaking off criticism. The Epstein saga is different

Donald Trump described the story of Jeffrey Epstein as a “dead case”. But within a week of the new revelation, Epstein’s criminality – and his consequences – continues to chase many of his former partners.

The alleged Christmas book of the wishes granted to Ibstein in 2003, which was publicly released on Monday, gave a new ammunition for Trump’s critics, and will also maintain his base and the broader general student for more details.

The proverb may not be – an undeniable link to commit violations that destroy professions or superior criminal investigations. But it is tangible and disturbing evidence of the close relationship, the late financier and the sexual condemnation were funded with the wealthy and strong.

This alone makes it an explosive and convincing story – a story that attracts the audience’s attention in ways that do not make a model political story.

Do not make mistakes, while there is no criminal suggestion by Trump, the political consequences of Epstein’s Ephaztein on the president are very real.

It is weak in this case. His attempts to raise or reject it failed.

He was sometimes criticized in his own base to install him on the story – a recent interest he encouraged last year.

While the 2003 book, which was collected by his girlfriend at the time and attached to Epsin at the time, Ghamlin Maxwell, is full of dozens of personal notes, this is the book that Trump claims that this is a tragic story of sex and exploitation into one of the partisan national exciting.

Trump’s strategy was one clear risk, however – the memo would become public. Anodyne’s description of the text and graphics in the pages of a financial newspaper is completely different from seeing the actual element, as it is depicted by the young breasts and the signature of Trump that is placed for the proposal of pubic hair.

The president’s advisers and their supporters continue to compete for the health of the memo, but it can no longer deny its existence.

“The president did not write this message, and this message has not signed, and for this reason the external legal team of the president continues to litigate against the Wall Street Journal,” said Caroline Levitt, a White House press secretary on Tuesday.

But in a book full of notes and messages to Epstein, Trump appears to be alone in denying the validity of his supposed contribution.

Levitt was very keen not to name the book in itself.

Each defense has been re -placed, every re -undumed interpretation risk reduces Trump’s reputation among his supporters as a man who is not busy in typical political games.

However, the greatest anxiety of the White House of the specific revelation of observation is the way the Christmas book will revive attention or interest in the case of Epstein.

It claims that the note from Trump is only part of a larger mosaic of Epstein’s life – a picture of a man with friends and comrades in the highest places, including some of them found humor in his reputation in his sexual exploits.

Less than a week after a group of Epstein’s victims and their families gathered on the steps of the Capitol to talk about the pain and the emotional shock from which they suffered, the Christmas book provided live evidence of harsh indifference to Epstein’s escape by many in the Epstein circle.

One note, which appears to be from a real estate investor in Florida, includes a picture of Ibstein, which apparently carries a major examination of Trump. The accompanying textual jokes sold by Epstein a “fully decreased” woman to Trump for $ 22,500 – using a financial term for an element whose value has been reduced through use.

Other observations included obscene drawings, nude pictures, and in one case, images of sex that have sex.

There were messages from politicians, lawyers and business leaders. Former President Bill Clinton referred to the “childhood curiosity” of Ibstein and his desire to “make a difference.”

Lord Peter Mandleson, the current ambassador of the United States in the United States, included pictures of tropical sites and indicated Epstein in the name of “the best friend of mine”.

Clinton’s office did not respond to the British Broadcasting Corporation, although he previously said that he was not aware of Epstein’s crimes.

“It was a long time ago that he had ever regretted Epstein,” said a spokesman for Lord Mandson, to the BBC.

Some Republicans pointed to the way the Democrats focused almost exclusively on Trump as evidence that their allegations of anger are driven by the desire for political advantage.

This may be difficult for those on the left to deny.

For example, Democrats on the Parliament Committee in the Ibstein case, the Trump’s birthday page, which was presented to them by Epstein Estate.

Expect any other details related to the president a similar fast path in the general offer.

The story has become larger than the president, and attention to the story of Epstein – one of sex, crime and power – will arouse attention regardless of the political motives behind some of those who advance it.

If Trump’s critics feel the opportunity, they do not help all Trump’s allies.

Johnson, a Republican, later re -comments, but not before he paid another round of questions about what Trump knew about Epstein’s illegal behavior and when he knew that.

There is still a lot that the audience can learn with the issuance of more Epstein documents, including witnesses, financial records and evidence collected in law enforcement inspections of Epstein’s property.

Two members of Congress, Republican Thomas Massi, from Kentucky and Democrat, Rowa, from California, bring signatures to force the vote in the House of Representatives to launch the remaining public files in public – a step that the White House strongly opposes.

The Epstein epic, which seemed to be old news at the beginning of this year, is approaching the critical, self -sustainable bloc and which will be difficult for anyone, regardless of its connection or well influence.

Although the president is not the main focus, and there is no evidence of any criminal behavior on his part, his long -standing friendship with Epstein (which ended after the fall in 2004), along with his position at the top of American political power, will keep him a central player in this drama as long as he continues to break.
