The US House of Representatives is working in the middle of the night, where Donald Trump and its allies are trying to pressure the concerts of the Republican Party of the President for his huge support for taxes and spending in a final vote.
The sprawling legislation, which could determine the second period of Trump in his post, approved a major procedural vote after 03:00 USA (07:00 GMT).
Not only was the opposition Trump bill, but by a handful of Republicans who criticize its potential impact on national financial affairs, health care and other issues.
The draft law through the Senate earlier this week in another session overnight. Trump hopes to pass by Friday.
Both Congress rooms are controlled by Republicans in Trump, but within the party, many factions are fighting on the main policies in long legislation.
The House of Representatives, or the lower chamber, approved a previous version of the bill in May with a margin of only one vote, and this law must now reconcile, with new amendments that thwarted some Republicans, with the issuance of the Senate.
The draft law wiped the Senate, or the Upper Chamber, on Tuesday. Vice Vice President JD Vance indicated a tie more than 24 hours of discussion and resistance from some Republican Senate members.
It has been proven so far for Trump’s allies to pass the bill across the home.
After about seven hours of quarrels that led to the statement of most legislators from the Chamber on Wednesday, Parliament Speaker Mike Johnson set a vote on the base – a procedural vote that allows the legislation to be submitted to the ground for a full vote.
This obstacle was finally cleared after several hours, and considered a sign that the Republicans may get the support they need after all.
The president was very involved in an attempt to persuade the objector and hold several meetings at the White House on Wednesday in the hope of winning it.
On Wednesday, he moved to social media to apply more pressure, saying that “the house is ready to vote tonight.” He added that the Republicans are “united” to provide “tremendous growth.”
Ralph Norman, a Republican in the House of Representatives from South Carolina, attended one of the meetings but was not convinced.
“There will be no vote so that we can please everyone,” he said, adding that he believes that there are about 25 other Republicans who are currently opposing this. The room can only lose about three Republicans to pass this measure.
“I have faced problems with this bill,” he said. “I faced a problem with all of this.”
The thorny points include the issue of what the draft law will add to the American national deficit, the extent to which health care and other social programs are reduced.
During the signs of previous rebellion against Trump in Congress, Republican lawmakers finally fell.
The majority leader in the House of Representatives, Steve Scales, told the correspondents that the Republicans were still on their way to Washington to vote, and that many delay in flying due to bad weather.
What is at stake this time is the legislation specified for the second Trump chapter. But many factions stand on their way.
Deficit
Congress Budget Office (CBO) estimated that the issuance of the draft law approved on Tuesday by the Senate can add $ 3.3 million (2.4 million pounds) to the American national deficit over the next ten years. This compares with 2.8 trillion dollars that can be added through the previously passed version by the house.
The deficit means the difference between what the US government spends and the revenues it receives.
This is anger at the financial hawks in the Freedom Governor Council, who threatened the invoice tanks.
Many of them repeat the claims submitted by Elon Musk, the former adviser to Trump and the donors of the campaign, who has repeatedly criticized the legislators for his thinking about a bill that will eventually add to the American national debt.
Shortly after the Senate approved the draft law, a member of the Congress in Texas Roy chipAmong the conservative freedom, he was quick to indicate his frustration.
He said that the possibilities of the July 4 deadline meeting may be prolonged.

Freedom Chairman Andy Harris Tennessee Fox News told Musa to say that the United States could not maintain this deficit. “He understands financial resources, he understands debts and impotence, and we have to make more progress.”
On Tuesday, a member of the conservative Congress Andy Oujlis He went to the extent of making an amendment that would replace the Senate version of the draft law, which was called “DUD”, with one approved from the house.
Ohio Republican Warren Davison Posted on X: “Another person will reduce spending in the future does not cut off the spending.”

Medicaid guardians
Representatives of the poor regions are concerned about the version of the Senate of the draft law that harms their voters, which may also harm them in the polls in 2026.
According to The Hill, six Republicans were planning to vote on the draft law due to concerns about discounts in the main provisions, including cuts in medical coverage.
Some of the most aggressive Republicans have attacked the Senate Discounts to medicaidThe healthcare program on which millions of Americans with low income Americans relied.
“I was clear from the beginning that I will not support the final reconciliation bill that is making harmful discounts to Medicaid, or endangers monetary financing, or threatens to stabilize health care providers,” a member of the Congress said. David ValduWhich represents the swing area in California.
This repeats the criticism of the Democrats in the opposition Council, whose leader, Hakim Jeffrez, published a picture of himself on Wednesday to Instagram, carrying a baseball and excuse “maintaining pressure on the Great Trump Bill.”
The other Republicans have indicated a willingness to settle. Randy Fine, of Florida, told the BBC that he was frustrated by the Senate version of the draft law, but he would vote it through the House of Representatives because “we cannot let the perfect is the enemy of goodness.”
Republicans in the House of Representatives had struggled about the amount of Medicaid and food subsidies in the initial version of their room. They needed the draft law to reduce spending, in order to compensate for the lost revenues from the tax discounts mentioned in the legislation.
The Senate made more severe discounts to both fields in the issuance issued on Tuesday.
The changes in Medicaid and the Act of Welfare at reasonable prices (known as OBAMACARE) will be witnessed in the Senate Bill, approximately 12 million Americans in losing health insurance by 2034, according to the CBO report published on Saturday.
Under the copy that was originally approved by the house, less than 11 million Americans were stripped of their coverage, according to the Omani Central Bank.

SALT COAD opponents
The bill also deals with the issue of the amount of taxpayers that the taxpayer can deduct from the amount they pay in federal taxes, based on the amount he pays Government and local taxes (salt). Also, it has become a controversial issue.
There is currently a $ 10,000 roof, which expires this year. Both the Senate and the House of Representatives agreed to increase this to $ 40,000.
But in the approved version of the Senate, the maximum will return to $ 10,000 after five years. This change can be a problem for some Republicans in the House of Representatives.
